They will not stop calling

I get multiple calls a day, and they will not put me on their do not call list. I have blocked their number, and still get 2-3 messages A DAY. I have never had any business with them, nor will I ever. I do not know how they got my number in the first place

Annoyance

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
After visiting your website, I decided I was no longer interested. Then a salesperson starting calling my hone. I told him that I was no longer interested. He started asking a lot of questions about "why" and I told him I was JUST NO LONGER INTERESTED and thought that would be sufficient. Then I started getting calls to my home phone at all hours and several times a day. I am 76 years old, and these calls are really a bother for me. If I get one more call, please be sure that I will take appropriate measures with the agency that handles these situations. Do you not realize that, even if I was interested, after ignoring my request to stop the phone calls, I have no confidence in you at all and would certainly not do any business with you. My phone number is 757-966-****. You're just wasting your time and money.

PLEASE READ PRIOR TO SPEAKING WITH ANYONE!!#StaySafeOutThere

They are extremely unprofessional and no transparency. You can tell that they are actually giving you the run around and I have experienced the same desperate calls trying to get more info. If anyone is calling and representing Progressive ins. you can believe they are legitimate. if you are on the progressive website, it will give you an option to choose life insurance. I DO NOT believe that Progressive is aware of how e-Financial is causing a negative impact on their business. I did reach out to them and explained the rude behavior, getting private information, ie. SS# Banking Information, etc. PLEASE DO NOT ANSWER THEIRE CALLS. If a business is really reputable, they would not hang up w/o leaving a message. Unfortunately, I gave more info. and they were trying to process a payment during my complaint!!!! Now, the supervisor just called back and claimed to close my account(without bank draft). i asked for a conf. email regarding his statement. Just an FYI!! If anyone calls and is claims they are representing your insurance company, PLEASE, PLEASE REACH OUT to them prior to giving any info. out. Better yet, get insurance coverage from a local within your state provider if applicable. Also, when you search on webs, to get quotes try and avoid giving your home number!!!!! I PRAY THIS HELPS!!!!!#SCAMSARENOTYOURFAULT

Spam calls

I got a quote from progressive and nowhere did I consernt to calls from other companies or their underwriters. The next day they called every 2 hours, ignoring my send to voicemail and refusing to leave a voicemail. I reported them as spam and blocked them. Do not use progressives life insurance calculator unless you want them calling you 5x a day.

Stop calling me!

I have received calls from eFinancial since Feb 27 every week day, without stop. I had told 2 different people I wasn't interested in what they were selling, the calls continue to come, every week day, every 2 hours, non-stop. After the 3rd call I put their number on reject and, will not answer. If they continue to harass me with these unwanted calls I will take other action to stop the calls. This is a very sad situation to be in, and have no other choice to stop them from coming after I rejected their offer. I am not interested!

POSSIBLE LIFE INSURANCE SCAM

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
Went thru a process for Life Insurance from Efinancial. There process is questional=ble as the 1st question they asked was how much money I made. ISince I am in the iinsurance business, I asked them why such a question as it does not pertain to the underwriting of the policy. They said if I only made 25000 a year(their figure) then they would not pay out too much. I was amused by their process, as this is not normal, Life insurance is bought for the survivors to help them live in peace, and in the same way had nothing happened. Therefore when I asked for a certain amount this would be a calculation based on facts over a period of time that my survivors would be living. I used approx. a 20 year life span for them. Therefore the amount that I asked for was correctly stated. Since their first question is about their money intake, and the money claim, that shows me that their payout will be under scrutiny and a possible scam. They will most likely fight the claimanat for the amount due. This has happened before with different insurance companies, and they were put out of business. Will this happen hear, Time will tell.

If you actually worked in the insurance industry, you would know that people who make less than 25k are not insurable because they are viewed as too much of a risk (they are likely to not pay their premium). Asking how much someone makes is a standard question.

Guest

You are a tool sir. Underwriting is absolutely based on your income.

If you make 25k a year, you will not qualify for a 10M policy.

You cant be worth more dead than you are alive. Next time you open your mouth you should have your facts straight.

Called The Police On eFinancial Who Said They Were Fidelity Life

The application dragged on over the phone for 40 minutes and I gave them all kinds of info like my SSN, DL#, BD, Addr...and then when they asked for my credit card, I realized I was not 100% sure they were not scammers. I have been burned like that before and someone charged my store credit card after asking me questions and wearing me down for half an hour. I told the guy I needed a way to verify who he was since they called me and he started dancing around the question. I then joked that he had better not be a scammer since I am a computer scientist and own an iphone store, so he did not want to know what I would do to his phone if he was scamming me. He immediately said they had a zero tolerance for threats and he was going to hang up - convenient since I was trying to obtain info proving that he was NOT a scammer! I was shocked because no legitimate salesperson reacts like that to a joke, which by the way...even if I was serious...you have nothing to worry about unless you ARE a scammer. Anyway, when we hung up, I called the Police immediately and reported them because I just know some identity theft drama is going to ensue. Now that I have read about how they pretend to find you insurance and overcharge you every month for the privilege, I see that they may be a scammer on another level. You can get accident insurance for pennies and the amount they wanted is what would be typical for regular term life insurance, not accident only. Wow. Beware. There should be a special virus created for *** like these guys.

You gotta be kidding me! Someone calls you, claiming to be some company and you give out all that info???

AND it happened to you before? You gotta be some kind of ***.

Here is a good rule from now on - Unless you call a company, or are standing in the store, consider that EVERYONE who calls you is a liar. Good lord!

I know, I know. My boyfriend has been giving me a non-stop lecture ever since I told him about it.

What can I say? I live my life by the golden rule and invariably, I run into people who take advantage of my trusting and gullible nature.

But, remember...I am computer geek, and if you are in my radar, then it's on! This is only the beginning!
